Greatly enjoyed having large breakfast.
We booked a brand-new and large room with access to private outside area. The location was amazing, close enough to Dan Yr Ogof caves, friendly staff and great food-awesome ribs, the garden and a restaurant.

Liked my 1 night stay. The staff from start to finish were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Riverside location just off the restaurant which again was very clean, a flowing stream, which was a calming sound, and another pub, it was in a great area. Fantastic dishes served at the rustic restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed our good sized and large rooms, plus the staff was supper friendly. The hotel had indeed a good and amazing location by the river. Besides, it was 5 min drive to The Strip.

I ate at a nice restaurant with very good food at a low price and a lot. And it included a large bathroom. The location was great and favourable, not too far from a 1149ft-high tapered tripod tower😀

The location was lovely and amazing and not far from a waterfall and a river. The fact that Pudding Mill Lane tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. The breakfast was sensational, the staff was incredibly welcoming.
Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

Had a lovely stay for two nights free of charge due to another guest extending their stay, everything was great. The room we booked was good sized and spotless with access to outdoor space, wonderful balcony with table n chairs and table n chairs. The staff were very helpful and the setting was excellent.

The family room had a kettle, central heating, and an iron, facilities worked for us. The bed was extremely comfy, great night sleep. We truly enjoyed the location that was riverside and near the Henrhyd Falls, Dan Yr Ogof caves, friendly staff and great food-awesome ribs, and a flowing stream, which was a calming sound.

I could see mountain from the a twin room. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, the breakfast was excellent. The venue was in the riverside setting near to tourist destinations. Also, it took only 15 minutes walk to get to Jacksonville Beach Pier.
